I am trying to access the databases from outside the United States/a military base/where I work but nothing loads or the page times out while loading. What should I do?

Faculty and staff located outside of the United States or on a military base need to set up their Global Protect virtual private network (VPN). For assistance, please contact the HelpDesk by email or calling 903-468-6000.

Students located outside of the United States or on a military base should send an email to LibERM@tamuc.edu and provide their name, location, and current IPv4 address. A quick way to find your IPv4 address is to use https://whatismyipaddress.com/
